Would Not RecommendJust bought this today. This is the second Melnor timer I bought. Just like the first on. The timer would not cooperate in setting the times and zones. The number two valve was stuck open. I followed the instructions to reset it. When I turned on the water the plastic case ble apart at the seam just like the first one I bought. It is a good concept but bad engineering and construction. Company must have poor quality control or Maybe our water pressure is two high for this type of device.

Would RecommendOne comment stated not easy to setup areas for more than one a day. Guess they didn't read, they make that part easy. Instructions are good so disregard that comment. Once you play with the controller a few min, it's pretty simple and has most options most people will need. I have only had product 1 day, so durability remains tbd

Would Recommendi installed this system works well but not easy to program if you want to water same area more than once a day. they need to understand water restriction in area dont match up with their preset times

Would Not RecommendI bought my first one and hooked it up to the tap. Got everything set, turned on the water, and water constantly flows out of #4 timer. I returned it. Exchanged it for a second one. It worked for 1 day. I arrived home to find the exact same problem, and my water had been flowing through the #4 timer for hours while I was at work, and my flower bed flooded. Save your money. Terrible product !!!
