Fantastic Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pet pro option is fantastic. Really gets the hair off your clothes. Also love the auto sensor that detect how much water to fill for a cycle. Love the machine!!

Maytag Pet Pro

Maytag Pet Pro Washer is working as advertised. We had a dog and cat in our house, and both are prone to shedding. On the first use of the washer, it was obvious that it does remove pet hair! Delivery was well done. The delivery team went over and beyond to make sure everything was as it should be.

That is a great washer for the price

I like the quick wash Don’t like the filter for catching pet hair and lint hard to clean and reattach

Pros and Cons

It’s extremely loud on the spinning cycle, so it makes me wonder whether or not it is supposed to function this way??? But it washes well and I like the agitator component, and the various cycle selection options.

Cleans Clothes Great

Good, but missing some ease of use features

Over all, I do think it's a good device but wish it had a screen that would show time remaining in the cycle. It's also a bit loud when filling which is a negative. One thing I had to find a work around for is the fact that when buying this model, the store only had the more expensive version visible which had a place to put fabric softener, so when this washer shower up, i was very annoyed to fi...

Like that it fills up with water

You will not be happy with this machine.

Easily spins off balance with light load. Trying to return machine. Definitely does not meet expectations. Lowes customer service was polite, but no help in resolving issue to return. They put you on hold and dump you on the Maytag/Whirlpool customer service which just sends you in a AI voice loop. You cannot talk to a person. We only had the machine for 7 days. I do not recommend. Started a credit card charge back.

Great Pet Feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I am pleased with my new washer. Have not used the Pet Pro option yet but that's one of the reasons I purchased the washer. Only negative so far is that it is noisier than my old washer.

Wonderful Washer

PET PLUS WASHER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE THIS WASHER. FINALLY ABLE TO HAVE A FULL FILL WASHER. IM NOT SURE THAT THE PET PLUS WAS WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY

Terrible Product

I set up the washer and I set as full load. The clothes won't move. The agitator goes back and forth but the clothes stays in the same spot. After finished the cycle, pieces of soap (I used powder soap) was still all over the clothes.

No place for fabric softener. Doesn't seem like a heavy-duty machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought a few weeks ago. this is a pet pro machine. if you want to add rinse and refresh because pet stuff stinks you do not have anywhere to put it or fabric softener or rinse and refresh that is really a bad design . Also the pet filter does not catch a lot of fur. If i would have known this i would have purchased another model.

Pet Pro Perfect
