Run away from this washer

I’ve owned this Maytag washer for just 24 weeks—and it’s already been broken for 8 of them. That alone should tell you everything. I followed the proper warranty process through Maytag, expecting a straightforward repair or resolution. Instead, I was given the runaround at every step. Scheduling was slow, communication was poor, and there was no sense of urgency to fix a brand-new appliance. It got to the point where I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau just to get attent...

Great machine.

I like everything about it. Works great, an off or on chime sound when finished washing would be nice.

DO NOT BUY

Got this back in November ( 5 months ago) and it broke. The repair service has been out twice and they were unable to fix it. They said it needed a new part and that would have to be ordered and it would take a month. Then they called and said ' hey we can do it a week earlier " then they called 5 days later and said the part is on back order, so now i am just left with a broken washing machine. DO NOT waste your money or time

Already nonfunctional

This machine was delivered an hour ago. It is already completely nonfunctional. Now who to contact for a replacement?

Waste of water

We just bought this machine last weekend 03/15/2026. We have gone thru so much water. I'm actually scared to see our bill for water and electricity! Calling this week to see if I can return this machine.

Little big things missing

Can't believe it doesn't have 2 things! 1. A buzzer to let you know load is done. 2. A fabric softener dispenser. Other than that...so far so good

Love this washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pet pro features of this washer are amazing. Instead of running around with dog hair on my clothes, it gathers into a nice ball in the filter, that is easily disposed of. Love the window lid, allowing me to see what is happening. Love the setting options. I didn't realize how large 4.7 was!
