regret this purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought a few weeks ago. this is a pet pro machine. if you want to add rinse and refresh because pet stuff stinks you do not have anywhere to put it or fabric softener or rinse and refresh that is really a bad design . Also the pet filter does not catch a lot of fur. If i would have known this i would have purchased another model.

Pet Pro Perfect

Good Basic Machine

So far, so good. It has plenty of options. Contrary to many reviews there is owner information available from the manufacturer website. I printed the cycle guide with all the recommendations. Three pages and better than killing a tree for instructions in 5 languages. You do need to use the extra rinse on dark loads and my guess is if you have extra sensitive skin you should always use the extra rinse. It's supposed to be high efficiency which in my book means the regular cycles take longer...

Excellent pet hair removal!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Maytag Extra Power & Pet Pro washer has genuinely made a difference in a home with multiple pets. The Pet Pro filter gets out an impressive amount of fur each wash. It's handled everything well - from daily loads to bulky throw rugs, especially with the Extra Power feature. The built-in faucet is a great idea, but would be more useful if the lid didn't lock so I could rinse out my detergent cup. Overall, it's a hard-working washing machin...

Too loud

Best Washer We’ve Had!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing has been a work horse since we got it. From California King quilts, to huge loads of towels, it has tackled ever task with ease. Our clothes actually smell clean compared to when we were using our old washer, which was a Samsung. We will always buy Maytag from here on out. Also, the pet pro feature with the pet hair filter is awesome!

Don't buy

Do not buy ! Had mine for 4 months, and it doesmt work. now it's going to be a month before they can fix it, i am. So disappointed

Not the model for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was not the machine for me! It was too loud in filling and agitating! The agitator twisted my clothes in a mess. I ended up paying $22 more and getting a different model Maytag.

Unreliable brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After less than 2 weeks of use the washer stopped working and needed major repair. I used it less than 10 times and still waiting on repair. I was told this is a known issue with this washer which is unacceptable. It should have been a recall if the issue is known.this was my first time purchasing a maytag washer and a very disappointing experience. I have very little confidence that this brand is reliable.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This Maytag washer is well made and washes very well. It is not that loud and the quick wash is fast and does a great job. The pet hair collector works great. Can’t go wrong with this washer.

Shopping at Lowe’s made it all so easy.

Washes well, and has many controls to tailor the cleaning. Could use better detailed instructions.

Kids love to watch the cloths wash lol.

Gets almost all water out the cloths. Not loud at all when running.

Great overall appliance

It is basic in operation and is fairly quiet when it is running. It is a lot better that my previous washing machine. So far, I am enjoying this washing machine, and I hope it last a long time.
