Hard to wash clothes with no water

I have done all of the reset procedures and still no water. I have plenty of water pressure. I bought this washer because of the deep fill feature and it doesn’t work. Wonderful washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer is excellent have used it for a week done several loads of laundry it is quiet and really gets the clothes clean a lot better than our old washer would definitely recommend this washer it’s simple to use we didn’t want a washer with all the bells and whistles just a simple washer that works and gets clothes clean this one does just that

The purchase I never should have had to make !

I bought this recently to replace a Whirlpool I bought from Lowe's less than 2 years ago. Whirlpool and Maytag are same company. With very light use, The Whirlpool control board has it stuck in drain cycle. The control boards in these appliances are junk IMO. These machines should be lasting a minimum of 5-10 years. I don't have much faith that this new Maytag will be any better however I can't go without a washing machine . IMO they engineer these things to FAIL so you have to replace them eve...

I had to purchase this new washer due to the washer I bought less than 2 years at Lowe's ago broke. $400 Board went out....These products are cheap and unreliable but unfortunately necessary. I would never recommend Lowe's however sometimes you have to do what you have to do. Can't go without a washer.

Bad experience

I had purchased a brand new washer and I received an used floor sample none working washer. Shame on warehouse supervisor/manger that shipped the washer. Btw, I had extremely impress with the manager at Oxnard, Ca. Lows Store that sold me this product I had the best shopping experience! Thank you Leo Bravo for doing such an amazing job.

Not what they use to be

I purchased this washer 12-31-25, its been broke over a week, customer service is no help, they want you to do the leg work for finding a repair service. If you have a rural address with no appliance repair nearby then be prepared to just lose your money on this piece of junk, I will never purchase any whirlpool/maytag appliance again. Warranties don't apply when Whirlpool won't get you service or even offer a refund, refunds are for appliances that have been worked on several times, this is wha...
