[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed I had a old Kenmore what a good washer for 28years anyway this new Maytag takes 30min. longer to do the same job and not a bit better and of cores you have fixed it so you can't lift the lid to check on how its doing, and it sounds like it doesn't agitate good at all and you are so money hungry you don't even put hoses on it and charge lots more. Great working machine
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought almost 2 wks ago, I had a front loader, which I had, had for 17 years, great machine, but , it did take a long time to get through a wash cycle..so when it went out..we bought this for a replacement. I am very happy with this washer, does a great job, and so much faster,(lol) , my Dad never bought any other brand..than a Maytag, so I went with that idea, GREAT PURCHACE SO FAR..

There are two things that negatively impact the overall experience. It is very loud. It clicks sharply, which can startle me from time to time. Also, I dont like that the water doesn't dispense unless the lid is closed. Its not ideal to add detergents and such. It seems like a senseless feature. But again, it does...
