The delivery crew did not perform service I paid for. They were suppossed to install new washer and did not. They were also paid to remove the old appliance and did not. They lied when asked if they completed the tasks. It was a horrible experience. And to top it off, they asked if we could give them a good rating. It is unacceptable.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with this washer! It's so quiet that I have to check to see if it's working. The large tub easily handles my blankets (for me) and throws (for my cats). I'm wondering why I haven't purchased a Maytag before 2026.

Basic washer for a decent price
Would RecommendI like that this washer is basic, i don't need all the fancy that comes with a high end washer, i just need it to wash my clothes and it does.

But that is obviously too much to ask for in this day & age! With this washer, you have to put identical items in or it will not wash that load of clothes You will have to readjust said items 30 times before you get a fully laundered load I am not happy with this purchase also I don't have a nickname but hey we'll figure all that o...

Would Not RecommendThe Deep Fill setting is literally half- full! It's not enough water for a full load to freely agitate. Clothes are still soaking wet after the final spin. Skip this washer - it's awful!
