Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Maytag washer on 2/14/26. I love this washer. The only thing I don't care about it is when the cycle begins, the washer makes a loud 'clunk' sound. I listened to the entire cycle. I'm not sure why it makes that loud sound, but it seems to be quieting down the more I use it. Maybe it had to be broken in. It does have a 'quick wash' cycle which I use all the time.

I didn't realize it has a lock lid which I am working to disable; the spin cycle was frightening; I checked it with a leveler today and it indicates it is balanced. The spin cycle was so horrible that I went to part of the house where I couldn't see or feel it. I can't believe it's as it should be. Hoping for another 20 years

Complete junk after 5 months
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 5 months of ownership and the machine stopped working . Is anything made to last anymore? Bought because it’s made in America .. Try using the warranty and being put on extended hold . After 18 min on hold I’m transferred and held again . Takes same info and tells me I may have to pay for the service as the tech will determine if it’s covered. This is rubbish how the American consumer is treated
