It is several inches higher than the Maytag I replaced, the dryer is now so high I need a stool

Won't run

Replaced controll board 2 times in 4 years, now control panel went out. I am replacing this machine and recycling the metal. GARBAGE

BUYER BEWARE!!

This washer is still on the sales floor as of yesterday. I had my 3rd service call yesterday where a technician replaced my warped drum on this machine and it STILL sounds like a jet plane and walks all over my room. I sat on the phone with Maytag customer service on hold for over an hour yesterday before the call dropped and said "call failed", I tried to reach out on Maytag's live chat an no one came after 1/2 an hour of waiting, I have emailed them on an email left on this site and it said th...

Not so great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this washer for a month now and have had to have it serviced twice for the same issue. Was advised to keep using it and see how it continues to function now that a part was replaced. So far I am having the same problem. Will continue to monitor for this week.

Great value for a really good wash machine

It does a great job on getting the clothes clean and we are pretty confident in the cleanliness of our clothes after using it for a while. Mostly I like the controls, they are simple to use. Even though it does have some advanced features, they are easy to change/use. This thing is a bit quieter than our old washer as well.
