feeling little angry

my product is fine, it is just unhappy about the delivery service because what they said, and didn't do. the deliver guy told me that my dryer and washer won't fit through the door way because is half inch to tight/small so installation was not done when it was delivered. i trust them they were right, i also ask them to leave in the second floor hall, they refuse keeping saying no. today I got a contractor to look at the door trying expand and replaced it with a wider door frame, after he...

Don’t buy

This washer is terrible I haven’t had but maybe 3 years & it’s already broken!! Won’t spin out final rinse ! Always clean the machine when required!! They don’t make them like they use to my last machine lasted over 20 years !! Neve again will I buy a front loader!!!!!!

Do not waste your money!!

Terrible appliances working on my second warranty call in less than 6 months. we have three kids and a lot of laundry and this is broken more than it works. Junk for the money! I waste more time on service calls and waiting to get clean clothes. It does not spin, locks you out and makes the clothes stink!

Look for something else

This washer takes a very long time per load and leaks regularly. The leak happens as the rubber seal doesn’t tightly seal even when the washer locks to start, and even when the load is small and the temperate is cold, leaks a ton with anything sizeable (eg 2 bath towels) and any water temp above “cold” - it’s ruining our floors.

This washer vibrates more than the one it replaced

Setup by the delivery service at Lowe’s was prompt and on time. The people that came were friendly and professional. Their setup of the washer on its pedestal was okay but the actual final install was poor. They leveled the machine without a level, the feet were not screwed into the pedestal or locked with the stop nuts and they did not know how to run the machine other than to turning it on and off, but they were not able to spin or functionally test the unit.
