SCAM! SOAKS A ROOM

Returned it the very next day, the only way this is useless indoors. I attempted to cool my space but what I got was a floor covered in water from all the mist it rapidly spits out which is the only way to use the cooling function. Making everything damp, humid and uncomfortable. Like cold sweat. Came home from work and found my place drenched and so gross. Save your money. Do not settle. For the price, it works

It will cool you down and it was really affordable, just make sure you use it in a room you don't mind having a lot of excess moisture. It was like a cold sauna in my bedroom.

Water blows out on the floor. WET FLOOR.

I like it because it really blows cool air. I do like the water it leaves on the floor. I will be returning it to the store.

Great for small rooms with reduced AC flow

Purchase to supplement cool air to small rooms with reduced AC flow in an older building. Worked great. It does create condensation by nature, so I placed a waterproof pad under it to keep the floor dry.

Better than expected! Good oscillation fan!

It was way better than expected. Ice cold, and even more cold when you put in the cool water with the ice pack. Rotates well. I love the timer options. It is a really good oscillating fan! Have had no problems whatsoever!

It's NOT an Air Conditioner

First thing to understand this is not an Air Conditioner. It is a fan with the ability to lower the air temp of the air going through it. So it is not a fix all for all people. I gave it a 4 because it's not perfect but it does what it was designed to do very well. Turn off the mister first step . I used the little freeze bottle that comes with it one time after that I just fill the water tub with ICE first then fill it up with water. That has maximum impact on function of the fan. you have to keep putting water in it and if you dont it starts making the room hot. even with ice cubes it doesn't keep room cool

very wet spray

I set up my portable maxx chill a/c last night and set the timer for 2 hours. I woke up this morning to a very wet carpet. Not sure what happened. Would like to return for store credit.

Ac

It actually does its job perfectly. It cools my room in the day and night as long as you put water and clean your filter. I highly recommend it if you do not have AC in your room or in general definitely good hundred bucks I used on.

Great fan

This fan has been working great. It does get things damp when it mist. It dramatically decreased the temperature. Worth having.

Not worth it

I purchased this at the store on Thursday, I returned the item on Friday. I tried it in a room that is about 250 sq ft. I figured it should be able to cool that. I was wrong. It did absolutely nothing to cool the room. As a matter of fact this is nothing more than a humidifier on steroids. I turned the cooling function on and left the room closed so that it would cool it down.
