Missing Components
Would Not RecommendI'm very dissatisfied with the manufacturer's customer service of this product. In the instructions they specify not to return the product to the store and to contact them directly if you have issues. I was missing the Ice Boost accessory which helps with the colling process. My hopes was they would simply send me the small component. Once I realized the component was missing, I had already broken down the packaging. Would Not RecommendIt isn’t what I expected. It has to have a frozen container to get cool air and lasts about an hour. Also just cold water does not give out cool air. I may be returning it. Very disappointed!!

Would Not RecommendIt's a lot of work to have to keep putting water in it and it can get messy with the tank. If a child or a pet bumps into it and knockes it over the water can get into something it shouldn't and now it doesn't work! worthless!
