I like this product. We bought two. I wish the water tank was bigger. It blows cold air.

We bought 3 of them and 2 quit working within a year do not buy they are junk

this product should be advertised “as seen on tv” so that we know it does NOT work

not good for hot + humid areas

good basic fan; but using it with it’s water mist/cooling effect one night in hot/humid chicago suburbs in my bedroom, i woke up to a gross, wet feeling room. Blankets were stuck to my body and carpeting felt damp. This only works for hot, dry weather because it adds a ton of moisture to the air. it does not work for mid west where it is already humid in the summer. Too lazy to return, so just using it as a decent rotating fan which it does fine.

Solid oscillating fan, does NOT Temp control rooms

Solid oscillating fan, but does not actually cool rooms. The fan just blows colder air, but is unable to temperature control the room. I had 2 going in my living room at strategic positioning, and did nothing to drop the temperature. Pointed directly at me at close range though it was great.

Box didn't have all the parts. Scanned the manufacturer QR code, website no longer exists. This is a huge hunk of junk and Lowe's should not sell products that no longer have any product support.

This product did exactly what it was designed to! Reminder that it does have the cooling mist so if you have fur babies, be careful, they will get get misted! Ours LOVED it but it made them damp and we had to dry them off!

Nice air conditioning fan for the price

I have never had air conditioning in any of the houses I have lived in. I got this because family was staying, and I didn't want to spend a lot for something to use just once. But this has been used every day since purchased. It is a great little fan/ air conditioner. It oscillates and blows very cold air. It comes with an ice pack to put in the water reservoir. It keeps the bedroom cool for sleeping or it can be used to cool any other area. It was ordered online and picked up in store whic...

Not a good product

Not a good product The Ice pack melted in 20 minutes and you have to freeze it again over and over

Maxx Chill is a good investment

OK, First of all, Maxx Chill does what it does really well - with not THAT MUCH effort required. It will not 'air condition' your average room, but placed in a shallow rubber pan (to be absolutely on the safe side) it will blow cold, humidified, oscillatted air where you need it. (In my case, recovering from shoulder surgery, that would be near the bed.) It is not required that the water you put into the holding bin at the bottom be cold, but the colder the better, obviously. Buyer

The colder the water, the colder the air flow. Or just a simple fan. Little cheeper than the cost of a window unit.

I should have read reviews first. Same as others, it worked for about 2 weeks, then stopped pumping the misty water with the air. It's just a fan. I'll be returned as this is defective. I would absolutely advise to stay away from this.

Laughable

You want a giant humidifier that lasts maybe 2 hrs before having to refill it?? then look no further because you found it. This is just a fan that makes the air moist and it doesn't even do a good job of that.
