Water Reservoir Capacity

On the box and in manufacturing reviews, claims are made the water capacity lasts 10-12 hours. Well truth be told the water lasts TWO hours even on the lowest settings. Also the WWW site listed and e-mail contact information does NOT exist. MaxxChillTower@rephelpdesk.com. I foolishly purchased three for our family - ALL will be returned. Latest scam and I fell for it - Sadly

Do not buy!

This kept spilling water all over my floor. It does not get very cold, it is a humidifier and does not last 2hours with the water at max level.

Problem with sales tax exemption

We have a sales tax exemption, and I have the number, but I had to go to 3 places after I'd paid for it to get the tax refunded. That needs to be an option on the purchase and payment part of placing an order.

Fan that blows cool air!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My AC was not working and I was able to use this fan tower. We added ice water to the compartment and it started to blow cool air out. It looks very sleek and very easy to operate. It can oscillating to cover a wide angle. Overall, very happy with this fan.

Decent AC!

The all in one cooling tower!

We have it in our daughter’s room currently and it is very quiet, has many features/settings, and functions as it should! It is also very sleek looking compared to most cooling units. It checks all our boxes, very impressed!

Works perfectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Max chill tower (air cooling tower) works great. It oscillates, and has four speeds. I've been using it to cool off the bedroom my daughters occupy whereas that's the hottest room in the house. Their bedroom (which is a large room) has been a much more tolerable and comfortable temperature since receiving this product. I'd definitely recommend it.
