For it's size it does a really good job heating

Love that I can set the temperature....don't like how the ash collects on the lower part of the door....a bigger hopper would've been nice

Greta stove but app needs modification

The stove works great. The worst part is the app power button location. Always turning the stove off while trying to swipe out of the app on IPhone The power button should be be somewhere else on the app out of the way.

for the money

Not bad. it works. gets really hot. pain to find 3 inch stove pipe stuff to adapt to my old 6 inch chimney thimble but that would be for any pellet stove. wish it had battery backup but the next closest one I found that had a battery back was 1k more....I can make a battery backup for it for under 200 with inverter and power supply. Buyer beware

Buyer beware. I bought this stove a few months ago. The stove is hard to program. The directions are very vague on programming the stove. We are having some of the coldest temperatures we have had all year in colorado and now the stove is showing a E6 code and shutting off when I need it the most. Have not been able to get ahold of customer service. I have had plenty of pellet stoves in the past and I do not recommend buying this one.

great stove

myself and two friends all bought these and I got two of them. this thing heats up my 4 car uninsulated garage up to 80 in no time even when it was single digits outside. great stove for the cost.

Get ready to clean_My follow up post

Either I am dumb or not getting the right information, however I was just told that I need to clean my Masterforge 2500 every day. In fact should consider every 12 hours. This was from tech support that I just hung up with. And they are helpful, but I never would have bought this stove if I had to clean it every day. I think once a week is more like it if I run it 24x7. And I try to run it on a temperature control, so in theory in burns economically. I was shocked. I do not recall reading...

Overall a good purchase

The specs from Lowes are misleading. This stove does not have an ash drawer, but does have an air washing cleaning. Hard to fine tune. Blower not strong.

don't buy this pellet stove

I got this pellet stove installed got it lit and working around 6pm got home around 6 the next day shut it off vacuum up what I could in my new heat resistant vacuum which burnt up my filters turned back on couple hours later started smoking so I shut it off said shutting off on display. next thing I know wake up around 11 n my house was completely ingolfed with smoke I couldn't see to the other side of a 10' room. so I call the company send the pictures. and the tell me that no way that's all ...

Would recommend

Controls alittle slow to react, but I am not a fan of digital.. Throws excellent heat and the temperature regulates a consistency better than our old stove .

Good stove for thee price

Great upgrade to our old stove. Blue tooth control is awesome. Worked great fo a week the started having auger jams. After some trouble shooting I found the the set collar had loosened and allowed the auger to slide down some. Pushed auger and auger motor up and retightened set screw on collar. Stove is working great again. During trouble shooting research found that stove has initial program settings that need adjusting. Adjusted the fan settings and performance has improved. Very easy to operate

Works great and is very quiet

Easy to self install but check local codes.

This is my second pellet stove. This one is of much better quality and a drop in replacement to its predecessor.

Poor quality

I bought this stove to supplement our existing heating system & the stove will not stay on for more than an hour. It continues to shut down no matter what setting we run it on.

Great little stove!

Installed this stove to add heat to our family room. Works and looks great.
