Was excited but came damaged.

We were very excited about this stove but it came broken right out of the box. Looking at all the reviews I see that this may be general manufacturing laziness. I have emailed customer service but not heard anything.

Large - lookup local clearance

Heats very well although it takes 10 to 15 minutes to start up.

Gets so hot randomly it sets off the smoke alarms

When using it, it will get so hot on startup or stabilizing that it set off the alarms, if I try to go above 75 it will do the same thing and just say stabilizing.

Instructions are terrible and start stop quit work

bought this and it heats nice but the instruction book is not good at all for setup. the start stop function quit working, cant change the control from manual to auto with remote or the control panel. WiFi was difficult to setup but finally got it to work with the app. im sure after i get it figured out it will be fine.

Great stove

We just installed this stove works great but the on complaint I have is that it came with a few nicks on the top and the hopper door handle falls out when you open it I don’t believe it’s meant to do that but over all it’s great my furnace has not come on once

Missing parts

This stove looks great, but after hours of work to install we realize that the faceplates for the air intake was missing. Have no clue when or how we can get these

The app is so helpful

It’s better than I expected. The large hopper mages north facing to constantly fill it up a plus. The app to maintain it from away from home helps conserve. Our house it toasty.

Easy intallation

This stove replaced an old pellet stove in my basement. It is FAR more efficient and easy to use. It lights itself and has many safety features. Except for the "tinking" of the pellets dropping, it is extremely quiet.

I thought this was going to be the perfect buy, but I was sadly mistaken. The start stop function doesn't work. After manually turning the pellet stove on it will get up to temperature and then shuts down but the unit never starts backup.

Keeps my home warm even if I am not home I really

Kind of hard in the beginning but I read the book Gand had no problems

Great investment for alternative home heating

Easy to install, heating an open area about 1200sq. We’ve only had this pellet stove installed for about 1 week and so far it’s working the way we hoped.
