Grill Grids are JUNK!

Skip over all the 4-5 star reviews of owners who only just recently purchased. I was in that camp right after my purchase. After only 2 years the grilling surface(grids) on mine ALL started to flake off the laminate metal. They are only laminated in stainless. The core is highly rusting metal likely better for heat. The unit is beautiful! The granite is a great functional place to put plates while you cook and the unit is easy to operate. The issues arise when you own it for about 3 years. There are NO replacement parts for this specific unit, nor can you easily find replacement grates (since they are ONLY coated in stainless steel they last about 3 yrs) and don't even try finding another cover. Poor Quality

I purchased this grill through Lowes and owned it 18 months when I noticed that the stainless steel grates had started to deteriorate. My grill is under a porch so moisture isn't an issue so I was surprised at the short life span of the grates. Soon after, I noticed that it was difficult to ignite two of the burners and within a month, I could ignite them at all. Master Forge 5 burner Modular Gas Grill

I have owned this grill for 2 years and I am very disappointed with the quality of the major grill parts. The grates and burners are denigrating. The metal is flaking apart on the grates and burners. I am going to have to replace all of the grates and burners.if I can find the parts Four burners are leaking gas at the end of each burner at the back side of the grill.

There are NO Replacement parts for this grill.

Lowes is not help. Searched the internet for hours unable to find any replacement parts. The grill works well but that all goes away with not being able to get any replacement parts for it.

Don't Purchase

Great grill, loved it for two years, then the parts started to wear out. You can't find the parts and I have been to three different Lowe's to try and help me get the parts. They couldn't find them either. Now I have a $2,000 piece of junk sitting on my nice covered patio and having to use my $600 stove to cook.

I Stand Behind Master Forge Grills

I normally don'I write reviews, but I am happy to do so in this instance. I purchased a Master Forge Gas Grill similar to this one three years ago. It is a stainless steel and painted grill with 3 12,000 BTU Main burners, a 13,000 BTU Infrared Searer and a 11,000 BTU Side Burner. This will be our 4th season of use of this grill. Love my new grill! It looks awesome and cooks great. The refrigerator does a great job keeping bottled waters cool, and the drawer and trash can are a nice bonus. My only complaint is that they need to include access holes on the inside of the unit through which to hook up multiple pieces; i.e., I purchased the grill and refrigerator units, and I had to have 2 separate extension cords that stick out the back of each unit in order to plug up to electricity. New Arizona Kitchen

We specifically designed our new outdoor kitchen and extended patio around this Master Forge grouped grill, sink, and frig. We love the flexibility of the units and it was so easy to install. We've used the new kitchen for neighborhood cookouts, family get-togethers, and just hanging out. It is stunning. As you can see, we even made a special effort to match the granite of our bar area to the granite used on the units. Thanks, Lowes for delivery and installation. You are a real class act.

I'm in love with my grill, Just what I wanted, easy to install, easy to use, esay, to clean!!! It looks great in my patio, my family loves that I cook really fast and delicious!! Just the best Ribeyes, chicken, fish, veggies, everything!! I can describe this grill in one word, EXCELLENT!!!

Looks are deceiving

Had to leave my old stainless (also purchased from Lowes) natural gas at my old house when I moved because the new house used propane. thought this would be a reasonable replacement as it was close to the same price and features.My old stainless was 100% stainless and I kept it for almost 10 years and I am sure the new owner will get a lot of use out of it. Buyer Beware

I loved this BBQ when I first got it and I do a lot of grilling living here in California, probable 2-3 times a week. After a year of use I noticed one of my burners not working and one of my grates was aging quickly. I am good with all of this and know all I have to do is buy new parts right? Wrong, there isn't any out there that I have been able to find.

Great Grill/Very pricey

Great Grill with great features! But it's very expensive. (At this time, Lowe's instore has a smaller version with fewer burners and no infared in the main burner area...still has a rotissire burner.# The quality is very good and although it takes quite a while to preheat, it cooks great! Make sure you get the entire conversion kit for natural gas in the grill #it's supposed to come with it) because I was missing an orifice and it's been very difficult to track one down...in fact, at this moment...

Reset the regulator

Please make sure that you are resetting the regulator anytime you have a flame issue i,e. low flames, high flames, flames only in certain burners., no flames.

Homerun!

Bought this for my husband and he loves it! The grill is nice and big and it looks great on our back porch. Having the fridge and sink is an absolute bonus. He really wants to get out there and use it. We are looking forward to using it more and more as it makes us want to be outside and cook now. Absolutely one of the best purchases we have made in a while. Sure beats the cost of built-in outdoor kitchen and it has all the functionality we need.

everything is perfect with this grill my only negative thing to say about it is that the cords for this grill are way too short! other than that it's great

Would not purchase

I bought this for my husband. We have a large family so we thought it would be great. We thought it would fit all our food and be able to eat together. Well, it fit all the food with no issues there. The major issue we have is MASSIVE flare-ups. It does NOT cook evenly. It has problems lighting.
