Broken rotisserie burner

For the price I expected all parts to function. The rotisserie does not.

AWFUL

Do not under any circumstances buy this outdoor kitchen from Lowe's. I bought the extended warranty and still could not get any help to replace or repair this piece of junk. Rust, pitted stainless and refrigerator stopped working all within a year. Lowe's nor Master Forge would help me! EVEN WITH AN EXTENDED WARRANTY THAT I PAID FOR! I do not know who to call in order to resolve this issue. Maybe I should call the Attorney General. If I could rate it as NO STAR, I would.

worst grill ever!!!!!!

Pure junk, don’t even bother buying this unit. 8 months and it is completly rotten, rusted and useless.

Bad quality, not reliable, no durable,not worth it

I purchased this unit because seems to be the best deal when combined with the refrigerator and the side burner and the sink unit. 8 months after the purchase I really regret it. It is all rusted, lights are broken, burners are totally rusted and not evenly distributing the heat. I keep it outdoor under a pergola roof and maintain it clean most of the time. Don't waste your money

After 1 1/2 years of use, being covered when not in use and under a covered patio. The grill is practically I unuseable because the “metal” heating parts have disintegrated! $3000 for all 3 pieces! The sink piece is rusting, all the wheels failed after 2 years. What a waste of money! Ignore all the folks who just purchased with 5 stars and save your $s. I loved mine too at first!

Okay for the price

201710 have had it for 3 yrs, replaced covers twice. faded after exposure few months in the sun. Ripped after half year. I am now also replacing the grill racks as the rods are coming apart. I use the grill once every 2 months at most. The racks are lower grade stainless steel. Definitely okay for the price, but not high quality.

I bought this with the matching flat top, sink burner piece 9/25/2012. It was okay as many of the other reviews said until about three years into ownership then it failed and failed miserably. The burners rusted. And after conversion to natural gas it really caused it to decline in function. Don’t waste the money.

Has anyone found master forge replacement grills? Or another brand that fits?

No Support

I purchase the entire set (grill, bar and fridge) in 2012. Its looks great but does not last or perform well. I had to replace all the grates and burners 2 years after purchasing. You can not order OEM parts and has not worked right since. Very little (no) support from Lowes. They offered to replace the burners and grates under warranty this year (2017) but that was 3 months ago and I still have not recieved. It has spoiled many family gatherings. Looks great

I was worried about purchasing this item as it has mixed reviews. We do have it under a roofed pergola but it looks good and cooks great. So far so good.

Why is lowes not doing anything about this..

Just like other disappointed owners, I have this price for 2 years and all is rusting and desirigrating, but more importantly, there are no parts available!! It is truly disappointing!!

Leave it

We purchased this grill thinking it looked nice we could add on and avoid a built in situation. We should have stuck to our original plans - this grill has rusted terribly - the grates are falling through less than a year after purchase, inside and bottom have also rusted.

Poor customer service from Master Forge

Purchased a similar model after 1 1/2 years the plate below the burners has holes. Called customer service to order a replacement, guy was rude and not remotely interested in his job. Advised the entire grill box would need to be replaced as they do not sell the tray itself for $239. When I expressed my concern regarding the poor craftsmanship of this expensive grill, I was advised to consider buying another grill. Replacement parts Difficult

Had the grill about 2 years and already 2 burners are out, and the other 2 are wearing down. Lowes does not sell the parts and I could not find them online, however I did call the 800 # and they are sending me 2 free burners as long as I purchased it within 5 years, as it has a 5 year warranty. For the cost paid I would think a burner should last 5 years.

Buyer Beware!

I bought the complete kitchen Nov of 2015 as incentive for my husband to build a new deck in 2016. He started the deck in the Fall of 2016 and completed our extravagant three tiered deck May 2, 2017. Short Life

I bought the previous iteration of this set 6 years ago. Two fridge units, the sink unit and the grill. They are all in a covered pavilion. The fridges gave out at the 6 month mark when the warranty expired. Tossed those and put a couple $60 units from Target in the frame. They are still working. Terrible quality- literally falling apart

I do NOT recommend this product!!! The whole thing is rusting out! The bottom and the drawers are full of rust! This was covered every winter! The granite trim peices are literally falling apart- F.Y.I.- the granite isn't the thickness it appears- there is a second peice of granite on the edges glue underneath to make it look like the granite is thicker. 3 Years and very unhappy - this is junk

Over priced and cannot find ANY parts like the heat tents that are so rusted they should not be used. Other parts have stopped working after 1 - 2 years but they are fluff. You do not need knobs that light up or lights in the grill. Grilling with rusty parts is not healthy as your food does get the rust in it. I so hate this grill and ticked off I spent so much money. I purchased last year and already the black paint is now a gray from the sun and the rotissiere still does not work after calling both Master Forge and Lowes. Very frustrating for the money this has cost. The covers for all 3 pieces look horrible and did not make it through our winter in NY. The warranty is only 1 year.
