Would Not RecommendIt does not just snap into the channel as described on the packaging’s directions. It directs you to apply the adhesive strip to the floor first and wait ten minutes before snapping in the transition strip. Does not snap in! I had to remove the adhesive strip from the floor and then snap it into the channel. Used floor adhesive to reapply to floor. Poorly made product.
I feel like all the down thumbs might be accidents
Would RecommendI accidentally clicked the downthumb to see what the person reviewed, instead it rated it down... I bought it anyway. It really nice. I used it to between a 7mm laminate and concrete (in garage). just a tip, dry fit it before you stick the channel, because it might not come off... this 3m tape is permanent.
Good reducer for doorway.
Would RecommendThis reducer has the correct angles to transition from carpet to LVF.

Purchased this as a threshold between carpet and a laminate floor. "Ultra bond" did not adhere to the sub floor. I ended up having to use an adhesive caulk. The "easy install snap into place" was anything but. The tongue and grove had to be aligned perfectly and then pounded down with a hammer to get it to snap into place. Yes, I finally got it installed but took a lot more time and effort than I expected.

Would RecommendThis item ONLY covers height differences up to 0.5 in., not the 1.5 in. claimed in the listing. Also per M-D Corporate, they do not even "have a transition piece with a height of .75" we can provide."
