Would Not RecommendThe engineering in the was a joke, the base has tape to secure to the floor but it about as sticky as an ice cube, then to add insult to injury the transition wouldn’t even snap down. As an exsperinced contractor I took a chance on this but I was sorely disappointed I’m the part and in Lowes for stock such a piece of junk!

you have other colors and you can order 1, but this you must order 6, i'm getting frustrated with how many products your trying to do this with now, i go elsewhere when you do, so its bad business practice and i a builder and spend allot of materials each year

Would RecommendI used this between ceramic floor tiles and a thick carpet/pad. Looks great. I did have to do a little extra work to build up approx 1/4" under the reducer to get the correct height for transition between the two rooms. I'm sure this is not case on all projects. At any rate I am pleased with the results.
