piece of junk!!

I bought this to use for many different projects. first one didn't work, I didn't think anything of it, though it was a manufacturing issue. returned it, got another one, same problem. All this does is act as an oversized cigarette lighter. One gas flow rate, no mater how you adjust the tank or the flow valve on the handle. returned the second one, went to harbor freight, spent half as much and it actually works. if I could give this zero, or negative stars I would. Total waste of time and money...

Poor Product- DO NOT BUY

Regulator does NOT allow for anything but a passive flame. The full flame on this is the stand-by flame on my old one. Due to this, it leaves a propane residue on ground as it does not burn hot

Short life span

I bought the torch in December 2023 to melt ice. Used very little. I tried to Ignite it to kill some weeds in May 2024 but it wouldn't work. I switched tanks, still didn't work. I brought it back to Lowes but it was out of warranty and nothing they would do.

Worked one time!

It’s a one hit wonder! I wonder why anyone would buy it???????? Seriously, it worked one time!

I highly recommend this product.

I loved using this product! I already used it twice. Once on a raised garden bed I made, to waterproof it. The second time was burning all the weeds that grew in between the poured slabs of concrete of my patio. Worked well on both.

Mostly good has been garden saver.

I like this product. Used to burn weeds from my potatoes. One thing I noticed as as the propane tank gets cold from gas release the unit will sometimes stop running and I have to relight it. If I let it warm back up it will run better until it getscold again. Works better with a full tank of propane.

useless

Lincoln has been around forever, but like everything now days, seems that whatever you buy, it's junk. This put out a flame so small it came up instead of down. I bled the line and retried multiple times. Same results. Not recommended at all.

Works great on weeds.

The over pressure valve is a little cumbersome but read directions and will tell you how to make it work correctly. It works very well. Just make sureto open the valve very slowly on the propane tank and you wont have any trouble.

complete junk

the "safety" shutoff on this makes it complete junk. bought one for torching weeds and lighting up bonfires and it is the most obnoxious thing to use. the safety shutoff some engineer came up with will kill the torch randomly. furthermore, getting it to light is impossible as you have to sit there and SLOWLY toggle the propane canister valve as well as the torch's valve. get a nice steel one that you're used to seeing farmers use

Inferno is a Misnomer

The first one didn’t work at all. The second puts ojt a tiny flame. Absolutey not an “inferno!” This one is going f back, too. Stay away.

Bought 2, Neither Worked

The first one i bought never worked. The flow of gas couldn't be increased. The flame was basically a cigarette lighter. Not really what is needed for asphalt work. Returned it and the replacement worked for about one minute then stopped. And again, the flow never got beyond the bare minimum. I gave up, borrowed a friend's for the day, and returned the replacement. Will try another brand.

no gas flow

purchased this and put on a new tank, worked for 30 seconds then went to just a light flame, i think the fitting that attaches to the propane tank is too short to activate the valve, didn't save my receipt, hoping they take it back

Garbage Tool

No gas will come out. I put this together and a trickle of gas will come out at first but will go out in 2 seconds. I though using a half tank of gas was the problem so I went out and bought a brand new tank. Nope, same problem as the first tank. Stay away from this product and save your money.
