Wish it worked

Rating should be a zero. Had to assemble and disassemble over 20 times by myself and my wife to rule out any possible variable. Tried 3 different tanks and only managed to burn the hair off my hand lighting it the one or two times it would light. Next time I will go to a welding shop and buy a real torch. Avoid at all costs.

No pilot light

Very well built. Solid brass fittings. Screwed in just fine with my propane tank. The biggest issue is no pilot light. You have to turn the knob valve and fully squeeze the hand trigger to light the gas and If you let off the hand trigger for a second, it goes out and you have to restart everything. Almost completely useless. A carpal tunnel nightmare. Redesign it and you'll have a nice torch.

Useless as is

The hose won't connect as is to any of my propane tanks large or small. Really hate when I have to go start buying parts to try to make something work.

I wish I had read the reviews here before deciding to experiment with a propane weed torch. This was the only model Lowe's had available, so I purchased it expecting the powerful torch shown in the advertisements. Instead, I thought I had received a defective unit because it only produced a weak, candle-like flame. Does not work

Should’ve read the reviews prior to purchasing. Did not work properly out of the packaging. Tried and retried, didn’t want to give up on it, but ultimately this simply doesn’t work. Plan to return for a different brand hopefully.
