Bluetooth Range Sucks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installation: Very Easy, Product Material: Excellent, App: Excellent, Bluetooth Range: Awful. I would have given this product a 5 star rating, but the bluetooth range is just awful. I have two of these locks and both are out of range (not responding) when I'm in a room in the opposite end of my home. My home is 2100sf.

Great lock...worth buying!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I love the lock. I have had issues at times with the auto-unlock and have stopped using it. I live in a 14 story brick building, so this might be an issue with my location.

Still working great after 2 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the Bolt installed for a little over 2 years now and am very happy with it. It's very well made and the battery lasts a long time (I've replaced the battery just once... the lock gives a warning tone when the battery gets low). I don't use the auto-unlock feature, so sometimes it's easier to use a key than get my phone from my pocket. I'll probably be getting the keypad soon to solve that issue and make guest access easier.

Great lock only if you have an iPhone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The design is great. Installation was straight forward and relatively easy. I love the auto unlock feature. There needs to be better support for android devices. A lot of features are unavailable unless you own an iPhone which is unfortunate. So, for now buy it if you in the apple ecosystem, otherwise skip it until android is given more support.

There is really no comparison

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works just as advertised. Simple to install. Replaces the existing deadbolt and works well with HomeKit. We love ours. The only thing missing was the ability to get in without the phone or a key and the new keypad is that missing link. We have had three different manufactures smart locks and Level is clearly the best

Ok but only through Bluetooth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is ok. I like that it is compact but I have to be very close to the lock to open. Also 1 lock will not connect to my apple home and actually triggers a radio signal that turns on lights when it is locked. Not sure how that occurs but when I set it to auto lock it triggers a set of lights nearby that never had any issues before. Also I can not lock my doors when I am away from my home. Kinda of defeated the purpose…

Don't advertise your smart lock

Great concept, not consistent execution

Level Bolt

Actually used it to scare my family members by not telling them I was opening and closing the lock thru the app on my phone, so hilarious and naughty. The real peace of mind comes when I’m in the bed for the night and I think, did I lock the front door? Then I just check the app on my phone and I can see it’s locked. There are other good features I need to explore soon. No regrets with this Level product!

Super easy and trusted connection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was very easy to install and set up, leaving my original keys intact for ‘more traditional’ members of the household…. I love the ability to schedule the night time lock up and have confidence that the house it locked. Getting notifications throughout the day keeps me connected to daily life when not at home. I do wish there was an easy way to recharge the battery, but only having to change it a couple times a year isn’t so bad…

Best smart lock on the market

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you looking for a smart lock that just works with your existing hardware then level bolt is your only and best option. All other smart locks require changing hardware, or using keypads and losing the option to use your existing keys. Works flawlessly. Only issue I had was the lock was too large to fit the prior cut out, so I had to drill a larger hole. All and all it wasn’t that much work. Battery life is great. Would recommend!

Ease of use

Level home!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own 4 level locks. We used them during hurricane ida and they were great as we were 2400 miles away and had to allow people into our home to use the generator and home appliances. We were gone for the entire 10 days of no power and anyone we wanted to, had access! My only complaint is one of the locks will not work from inside the home on wifi more than about 60% of the time. Other than that we love them!

Simple, easy to use without the bulk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sleek, minimalistic but some flaws as HomeKit is not perfect. I wish it would work with other services like Alexa or just unlock remotely via native app and not rely on HomeKit.

Hidden lock works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the that is is all internal and does not lol like an electronic lock. Setup was quick and pain free. Connects to Apple Home and allows easy access for locking and in locking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The level lock is my favorite out of the three I've tried.. I love that it doesn't require having a huge hole in the door or anything hanging of the door. The only downside was I did not have anything with apple home and had to buy an apple hub too be able to control this automatically. I would love to have seen Alexa integration.
