Great product overall; would buy again.

Great lock with an amazing aesthetic. My only complaint is that the lock is very slow to automatically unlock itself when I'm returning home.

Great but would like it to be a bit more consistent with HomeKit.

I installed one of these on my front door and it works great. So, I bought another several months later to install on back door. It really doesn’t work. I have to stand next to the door to get it to open. This latest one sucks.

Great Product, especially for HomeKit!

It is a great product! It works seem less with Apple HomeKit and I love that it installs seamlessly into your existing lock!

Making the dead bolt smart.

The bolt is awesome, updating the dead bolt to the 21st century without a large battery pack and keeping the existing dead bolt outwards.

Amazing lock it is a must have for a home.

I love everything about the Level Lock. I was a bit skeptical at first but after a while now of using it I don't know how I did without it. One thing that I love considering I love everything about it is how you can set it up to lock and unlock as you approach or leave your home, that is so awesome being as sometimes i am in a rush and run out without stopping to lock the door, with the level lock I dont need to worry about that because it always locks up for me.

Elegant solution

Was an elegant solution to adding a smart lock to our home, without having to change the hardware of our door.

Level Bolt retains beauty of entry

This was the best product available to retain the beautiful appearance of my entry set that features a lever styled door knob and dead bolt that share the same escutcheon. The Level Bolt has worked flawlessly with Apple Homekit.

Good, but still waiting for google integration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this lock as it's the only smart lock that is completely invisible and it works flawlessly. However... When I bought it in Oct 2020, Level were promising Google and Alexa integration. A year and half later and my house is still 90% google, with an apple TV driving the smarts for this lock alone. Come on Level, when are you going to make good on your promise. it can't be that hard now that it has Alexa integration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product just works. Unlike a lot of smart home devices where there’s constant troubleshooting I have never once had an issue with this. You set it up through the easy to follow setup process and then it works. The battery life in my experience is probably longer than they advertise and most importantly it works with my door is hidden and maintains the look of my home.

Great lock with lots of features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great lock. I like that it is hidden from sight so people don't even know it is a smart lock. My kids can always get in because they ALWAYS have their phones with them. The auto lock features are great as well. I like that I can check to see if I remembered to lock the door from work using HomeKit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Level Bolt build quality is exceptional. The device fit seamlessly inside my door exactly as described. Installation was a breeze. The lock integrates seamlessly with Apple HomeKit (just ask Siri to unlock your door!) What's even more amazing is, being able to lock/unlock my door from anywhere in the world, a huge improvement in security. Battery life averages about 9 months with regular daily use.

Sleek Electronic Lock

Occasionally it wont pick up the phone to auto unlock and I wish there was a feature where you didnt have to completely leave the boundary to use the auto unlock. Otherwise it is easy to install, works quickly and looks much better than its competition.

It just makes sense.

Limited smart home compatibility handicaps product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product. You can have smart locks without them advertising you have smart locks. Lack of Google home & Alexa integration and only having apple home completely limited the the applicable market.
