When opening the app it takes too long for the app to recognize the door lock so I end up having to wait or just using the key to open the door.

He is not one to get excited about stuff working with our phones but he really likes it. It was very easy to put in our existing deadbolt. It comes with a couple different pieces to help it fit seamlessly. I was able to connect right to it. It’s one less key on my key ring. It is packaged very nicely as well!

Easy to install and use

I did have a few issues installing, since my house is built early 1940,had to chisel to make it fit, after that it was a breeze to install. I love that it looks like an ordinary lock . It even works with Alexa!! You must have access to Homepod,Apple TV,or IPOD OS. You can now unlock your doors after installation to anyone you'd like from anywhere!!! Easy Install

I love the feature of being able to use your phone to unlock the door and let friends and family in. I am definitely looking into buying another one for my downstairs door in case I need someone to help take care of my dogs.

Awesome product for every household!

With the level lock I didn't have to worry about any of this. It took me about an hour to install and it fit perfectly with my existing dead bolt lock. I am so impressed with this product that I plan on getting one for my parents for Christmas this year.

Clean Design

Aesthetically it was unpleasing to the eye on my front door without such items. I also did not like the fact that the battery was part of the bolt design and safety was a factor in this use. I did not think it could withstand an impact kick to the door.
