Thanks so much LG for the WM5500HVA Washer and matching electric dryer in Graphite Steel! Most all high end washers are now 5.0 cu. ft or bigger. We do not have the depth to accommodate a washer that big, but still wanted all of the high end features of the large flagship washers. LG is the only manufacturer that has a high end 4.5 cu ft unit. Terrible Experience for the Price
Total mechanical garbage, so freaking complicated, it broke in <3 months. Support is a challenge and hard to reach. I am miserable trying to use this washer and when it worked the results were mediocre at best. There shoudl be a LEMON LAW for these appliances......

Would RecommendNice washer with easy controls. Only 2 complaints. 1) Doesn’t have as big a capacity as we thought. 2) It makes more noise in the spin cycle than my old washer.
