Love it

I like just about everything about this dryer. Looks good and does a good job drying on any setting. The only issue I am having is connecting it to my WIFI. Washer connected right away but I can't get the dryer to connect

I love the bedding, antibacterial, and steam sanitary cycle. I will want to try steam fresh for my wrinkled clothes . But I do press the wrinkle cate button which Is an important feature .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my washer for 2 weeks and love the allergiene, bright whites, bedding, towels , and sanitary cycles. I love super clean laundry and these cycles clean to my satisfaction.

You'll be paying extra money in repairs!

Within the first two years, we have had to replace the control panel after the door sensor stopped working, as well as replacing all 3 of the "fins" inside the dryer after they broke off. They're held on by two screws in flimsy plastic holes. I can't say I'll be buying an LG product again.

I bought washer and drier 2 weeks ago I had LG product before and I am happy I bought LG washer dryer again.

Broken at 12.5 months

Bought 12.5 months ago having issues no support from lg have tried the app as well no luck

So far I love it!

Bought a month ago - start by saying I love the color! Ordered black but more of a dark gray than black - Loving the speed wash feature it’s the best!

Don't do it

The dryer door let's the lent collect around the seal instead of the lent trap. They brought me a replacement, and it does the same thing. They then sent out a repair man who was a joke. With out even really checking it out, he said it was a manufacturing defect . And I'm stuck with a defective product. Not pleased at all.

Feature packed!

It was time to update my LG washer and dryer after over 15 years of faithful service. They both worked fine but I was anxious to replace them before I had a problem. With regard to the model DLGX4001B dryer, it’s amazing what technology advances have taken place in 15 years! The washer/dryer is WiFi enabled so that I can check the cycle progress on my phone and receive Alexa alerts once the cycle is finished. Happy so far

I also never thought I would need an app for my washer and dryer but it is quite a great feature for those who quickly forget they are doing laundry.

Nice looking and works well

Purchased the washer/dryer pair to replace a 12 year old set. Installation was complicated since I need side venting and there are no drawings of dryer vent placement. My wife is visually impaired and appreciates the ease os selecting a cycle. Since the machines are at the opposite end of the house from where we usually hang out, the Internet connection telling me when cycles are complete is very helpful.
