This washer sucks, it’s not going to clean your clothes well and when you call they’re gonna ask you if you have a picture of how the clothes still smell bad when they come out even though you watch a whole cycle of the clothes on top not being agitated. The impeller sucks it doesn’t pull the clothes under if you really want the washer go with the agitator because you’re stuck with it after 14 days.

Spin cycle works well, but some "cons"
Would Not RecommendThis machine is not as good as my last LG washer. Sheets and towels bunch up and then it goes off balance. Sometimes the water level doesn't wet some of the clothes. The AI cycle seems to work the best for most laundry. It is noisier than my old LG. Downloading a cycle took 2 hours. The process kept failing, and I am technically knowledgeable.
You will need to download an app for this washer.
Definitely large enough for all our needs. Since there is no agitator, you will need to make sure clothes stay to the sides and not in center while loading. In the beginning it is a little complicated to understand with so many different functions, but I definitely like it!

Would Not RecommendWhat a total pain in the area on which I sit. You've finally made something I can't figure out. Congratulations..I should have gone for my masters degree but I realize now I'm to frigging stupid to turn this on..so I guess I dodged the financial aid bullet.. as women age they lose the circulation required in their fingertips to turn on by touch. It does a lovely job when it actually works. I already hate this washing machine.
