Love the new washer so does the rest of the family. Salesperson added a removal fee without telling me so I was overcharged $50 and haven't heard anything about refund... I will update if/when I get my refund. Machine takes large loads and lots of options for amount of cleaning... Not really sure how well the AI setting works. I do recommend.

Very easy to use, clothes are well washed. I love this washing machine, I highly recommend this machine👍

Lacks water

Buy this if you want a washer that doesn't fill up with water....even on the deep wash cycle, blankets cone out half dry after an hour wash and dont when bother washing a rug of any size.

These are now made in USA, good quality.

this is a very dependable washing machine. A friend recommended I get an LG. Glad I did.

Upgrade from a 15 year old LG washer.

This is a huge upgrade from our 15 year old LG washer. The WT8200CL is very quiet and smooth operating washer. Some people complain that it does not put enough water in the tub. Perhaps they should learn how to use the washer. Go on-line and print what features are available for each wash cycle. I find most wash cycles have a adequate water level. If you need to add water because you don't feel there is enough, the Heavy Duty & the Deep Wash cycles you can just pause the cycle and touch the deep...

Quiet washer

I had purchased another brand of washer last fall. It was loud, slow and did not clean very well. This LG is much quieter and more efficient.

Not Sure

Not sure the quality is there to last longer than a couple years. That's doing laundry for two people cannot imagine large loads for a family of 4. Water levels are inadequate, when I pull out a shirt and it has "DRY" spots that's a bad sign. Always select Deep Wash and even with sheets not sure that is adequate. Never owned an LG before not sure will do it again.

Just say no: Doesn't wash clothes, will make holes

I bought a model similar to this and can't wait to get rid of it. My clothes don't get clean without a lot of effort and adding in products to boost my detergent. My flannel sheets smell sour and have random stains on them because the whole sheet doesn't get washed. There's usually a part of the sheet that just sits on top of the water. My shirts often stink unless I pre-treat spots like the underarm, and several of my items have come out with holes. Just say no.
