Stainless steel drum is huuuge! Perfect for Queen or King size sheet sets and comforters. There is no agitator for clothes to get caught on. You can pause the washing cycle to add an item. Very quiet when operating.

I decided to buy this machine but should have listened to the reviews. We used it one day where the clothing was barely wet. When setting up the load, depending on which setting you wanted, you are not able to choose other available functions. I figured I could find a good way after doing some research. Do not buy this washer. Only uses COLD water

Don’t buy this washer. Like others have said , the water level issue is real. If you don’t use deep fill, your clothes will have dry, unwashed spots. I’ve had to run several loads twice. I’m not sure how that is “energy efficient.” The biggest issue we just discovered though is that the washer only fills with ice cold water. Think twice about purchasing this machine .

We had several issues with this machine. The first one leaked onto the floor during wash and spin and needed to be replaced. The second one is emitting a misty water onto the floor during wash and spin. Not as bad as the first machine, however the sound tones are not working on this machine as they did on the first machine, I believe the product needs some quality performance evaluation and inspections. Large capacity LG washer.

Washer has a large capacity. Love it.

Very impressed with LG!

So far I love this new machine!! It is quiet, cleans clothes well and the impeller versus the previous agitator seems to be easier on clothing. I’m a big fan of deep fill because you need water to wash clothes and HE machines have not impressed me. My favorite feature is the auto balance for when bulky items get to one side. It balances for you. Key feature so your machine doesn’t go walking.

Amazing washer!

Our sales guy (Wes) answered all of my questions while I was looking for a washer that need to last during our lifetime. It's Very user friendly (especially for Senior Citizens). The tub capacity is huge and can do one load compared to my old washer would be 2 loads. The delivery guys were.on time and very professional and treated the installation and set up as if it was for their own family! Excellent service on sales and delivery! Thank you.
