Would Not RecommendI can't see the power button in the dark and the cap touch buttons aren't responses. To select time, I have to use 1 button to slew through a bunch of options. Why can't I use the dial for that? LG needs to hire UX people.

So far so good. I've had it for a few weeks now and no major complaints. I love that it doesn't have an agitator. It's easy to choose a cycle and modify. I have not tried to start a cycle via the app yet. Nor have I used the app much at all except to check for updates. So far, everything is working as expected and coming out clean. I do like all the available cycle options as well. The only complaint I have is that you can't use concentrated detergents in the ez dispenser.

Junk after having it 4 days
Would Not RecommendHave had this less than 1 week and it is making awful noises when its full of water. I call Lowe's who says sorry 48 hour return policy. I didn't even use it for 48 hours so have to call LG for support. Call them and they want me to tell them what noise it is making, did I check to make sure its level, is there packing equipment under it.
