Excellent performing washer.

Excellent performing washer. Works much better than the Maytag Pet Pro. The Maytag was constantly going out of balance during the spin cycle which was driving us insane. This LG has never gone out of balance. The ezDispense feature is very nice too.

One of the best features for me, so far, is the automatic detergent dispenser. There is also an automatic fabric softener dispenser, but you have the option to set that as a second detergent dispenser. Fantastic Washer!

Our 20+ year old Bosch front loader that we loved had a mechanical issue with no parts available. Was skeptical of top loaders until we bought this LG. It's amazing! Lots of features and what seems like unlimited wash cycles. Very quite. Washed a king comforter without issues. Love the soap/softner containers that last for several wash cycles before needing to refill them. Fact that the machine is Wi-Fi with firmware updates is great! Love this washer and the combo dryer unit we purchase...

A solid huge washing machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this new LG washing machine to replace my old one, and this washing machine is huge. I can finally wash my king-size comforter without feeling like I'm about to break the machine, which is great. What is also surprising is that it runs quietly, which is a nice change from my old one, which was so noisy. It just feels like a solid upgrade that does its job well.

Three stars for false advertisement

so only reason why I give it three stars is because of the false advertisement. it says it has turbo wash 3D. this machine only has turbo wash which is just a spin and spray rinse turbo wash 3D is where water will come up from the top of the drum and spray back down on the clothes during spin

Perfect! Multiple cycles…including AI

Constant high pitch noise when in use.

This washer does a great job cleaning but you had better get your dog whistle ears on. This washer will emit such a high pitch noise you will not want to be home when it's on.

Excellent product

Excellent dryer. Love the ezdispenser feature. Sleek design and color. Control knobs easy too use. there is an App with washer that works well. Reason for 4 starts is hard copy operations manual should have been provided. Had to go online to download the operations manual. There is an Owners Manual that comes with product, but does not give the needed detail for all the washer functions.

Washer experience

I did not authorize extended warranty purchase. It was added anyway. Excellent machine. Easy to order. No problem with delivery.
