Would RecommendVery modern, with touchscreen controls and many automated actions, including auto-sensing of the amount of water to use, and spin speed adjustment to minimize shaking during spin cycle.. Surprisingly large capacity--and I thought my old washer was capacious. It plays a cute little tune at the end of the cycle that is much nicer than a loud buzzer. The top door can't slam shut even if you tried; its damper prevents it. So: many improvements, and nothing, really, on the negative side.

Would Not RecommendI purchased the LG WT7400CV top load model in May of 2022. In October of 2022 the water inlet valve went bad. After several hours of dealing with their horrible customer service I was able to get the replacement part for free. Last night, January 2025 the valve went bad again. Spent several hours on the LG customer service line with no recourse.
