Clean and quiet with soap dispenser issue

The washer works well and quiet. They only drawback, is the detergent (liquid) does not dispense all of the detergent. After every load, there is residual detergent and water left in the dispenser.

Don’t buy, water intake valve doesn’t last

When the machine works it’s good but it doesn’t work very often. Do not buy from Lowe’s, LG’s customer service literally laughed at me because I purchased it from Lowe’s and had them install it. Seems they do not do a good job. My issue was getting the error code for no water. LG sent someone out to replace the intake water valve and it worked for 10 days. Quiet Machine

I like this washer a lot, it's quiet, easy to operate, easier to load and get my clothes clean.I also lets me know on my phone what cycle it's on and how much time is left. I do not like the draw for the detergent, softener & bleach. It's very flimsy, made from a cheap, thin plastic and it's hard to remove & harder to put back. It says to rinse it but it's so flimsy I'm afraid it will snap in when I take it out to rinse it off. I also don't like that you have to leave the top open over night ...

One of the worst washers I've owned

Bought this washer because we prefer top load to front load to reduce odor and mildew. It does an ok job...good, not great...at cleaning medium loads of clothing. It does a terrible job with any type of larger load or loads with bulky items like sheets or towels. Larger loads of clothing do not get properly agitated during the wash cycle. Excellent machine, big timesaver, huge capacity.

Provides very thorough washing in shorter time than prior machine, a 19 year old frontload Kenmore. Also, 44% increase in capacity over the old machine. Wife said there's no delicate cycle unless you download and use the app. Without the app, instruction manual says to wash delicates in cold cycle. Minor issue, IMO.
