Love this washer/dryer package

This washer/dryer stack unit is awesome! We have purchased close to 10 of these sets over the past couple of years and plan on buying more in the near future. Would definitely recommend this product!

Great washer, great price - look no further!

We purchased this washer after our last Samsung front load washer went out. So far, we have washed several loads and it runs like a champ. Not enough water

I am so dissatisfied with my new washer. There is not enough water to carry the dirt away from the fabric. Therefore the clothes come out with a dirt residue. I did a load of work / gardening clothes, the jeans still had dirt on the front legs. The sheets had a dark area left on one. They do not smell clean. Excellent Product Pair With One Small Concern!

Is this the normal situation. Our sales rep said to check it once a month. We are emptying after every two to three loads?

Worst washer ever

We bought this washer a year ago. Within the first week it messed up, I was washing a load of laundry and heard a loud pop and then the washer started “jumping” so much it almost came out of our laundry closet! Lowe’s was kind enough to come to swap and give us a brand new one. The new one lasted about 8 months and did the same thing the first one did. (The bolt that holds the tub in place breaks).
