Worst machine I ever had

Cycles way too long can’t make it shorter, it rips the clothes, it also has a bad mold smell after 2 months of use the rubber got a black hole from the mold (see image attached) which effects the chemicals that wash the clothes, also can’t use high efficiency wash powder it clogged the drain only liquid, when I called customer service some nasty guy telling me it’s my fault etc. I’m sick and tired of it and regret every dollar I paid for this garbage,

Smelly, moldy

We have had this washer for about 3 years. You cannot clean underneath the rubber ring in front. This thing has a horrible smell and I have tried all of the remedies: running the "tub clean" cycle regularly, using bleach, tucking water and bleach soaked paper towels around the ring, we wipe it after each use, and others etc. This thing has a tank that needs regular emptying. Cleaner clothes

Garbage

Could Not Be Happier

Absolute Garbage! Mold Factory!

Does the machine work yes. Though the whole time it is working is creating disgusting mold on the inner seal. Oh, and if you ever decide to put on your handy man hat to replace the seal yourself, you will never find the right model number to make the correct order. Have tried twice to order a replacement seal and they sent me the wrong seal twice. Worst product ever.

LG's Customer service is the worst

It broke within a few months of the purchase. The broken part was already discontinued and they went several months going back and forth trying to decide if there was a different part that would work. They sent one part that clearly was wrong. Then for the next couple months, they kept saying that part would work. The customer service dept will not talk to the parts department and they will not call me either. I have to do all the leg work and I'm still waiting. I'll never buy anything from...

Does not drain

This washing machine does not drain all the water, so clothes are coming out very stinky and the machine is starting to smell like mold. This machine was delivered to me 08/18 today is 11/3/18. so is basically new.

Great Features

Great cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using this machine for about a month. Our clothes seem to be much cleaner. After drying, they have that crisp, clean feeling. Clycles seem quite long, so I do hope they are saving water and electricity. Only time will tell that. Am glad we picked what Consumer's Report suggested as Best Buy.

Best Washing Machine I've Ever Owned

After much research, I decided on this washing machine to replace a 4-year old Whirlpool that was nothing but a money pit. That was my 4th Whirlpool. The quality has gone way down with them. Anyway, this LG has been awesome and I love that it also has a programmable cycle, among other great features, like a clean out filter system, which I have never seen before. I highly recommend this washing machine!

6 months and still running great

The washer is very efficient and has saved me a ton on drying because it cleans without using much water. Excellent machine
