Drain pump replacement

Drain pump needs to be replaced, it’s just over 8 years old. I expected better from LG appliances.

Red beautiful Washer

Use them everyday for 4 years now running perfect

Door wont stay shut

Going on 6 years of ownership and more often than not, my chosen cycle will briefly start and then turn itself completely off. So when I return to the laundryroom and open the washing machine door, I find my items slightly damp but not washed. When I hang around for a while, I notice I need to shut the door twice to initiate a full complete cycle. BIG PAIN!

Bigger than you think

I’m pretty happy with my purchase. Everything was easy. The item was available and the delivery was quick and fast and they were very helpful. The machine is excellent. I love how it washes my clothes it smells sooo good and cleans so well.r washing machine would still leave a tiny oder and I would have to wash it at least two times but with this machine, I only did it once and it was perfectly clean just how I like it.

Why did it break?

This is a 5-6 year old machine. We're not a fan of the front load machine due to the upkeep and cleaning we have to do on it. But then it just broke one day. There was no explanation for it at all. The LG approved repairperson did not leave an invoice for the repair- no explanation.

Great features

LG machine has different options and each selection effectively cleans your laundry and special technology feature also ensures clothes are cared for. I personally enjoy steam, cotton, speed washes for everyday laundry needs. I have washed several of my hand wash clothing in delicate mode and never had a problem or worry about ruining my fancy outfits....

Helped Fix My Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Adolph was very knowledgeable regarding the issue with my washer and was able to show me what the problem was and that by me pulling the washer hose up out of the hose filter I had helped correct the issue. I don’t always like the length of the wash cycles.

New Homeowners, New Washer/Dryer

We bought our first home last year. When the previous owner's washer failed, we saw the opportunity to buy one that was just for us! This LG set came well-reviewed and we are very happy with it so far. Simple to use, well built and designed. Family of four with two small kids, so it's running every day.

Too Much Lint

Too much lint passes the lint screen and clogs the exhaust vent. I have replaced the screen many times and I have to clean the exhaust piping every three months.

Has Had Balance Issues from the Beginning

We have had countless repair men here. Came a time they couldnt' find LG repair people. Never could balance. Have suffered for 5 years with a washer that shakes, sounds like a train is coming thru my house. It sits on a ceramic tile floor. No reason this should not be able to be fixed. Countless hours of time on the phone, waiting for repair men. Not getting an LG next time.

LOVE LOVE LOVE MY LG!!!!!

I’ve had this washer for a while now, I am so happy I purchased it. I always wanted this newer style machine, yet quality and efficiency played a big part into why I made this purchase. One of the best investments I’ve ever made. Simple to use, cleans the clothes very well. And it’s beautiful to look at as well, very please to the eyes. So it’s a win win for myself and my family.

Great washing machine poorly installed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this washer for a few years. It does a fantastic job washing clothes. I do wish it would sync with an iPhone. One small issue I had was a constant smell. I would use bleach and tide washing machine cleaner, but the smell would come back. I adjusted the drain hose because it was more than 4 inches below the plastic arch piece. That solved the smell! Hope that helps someone else.

Great looks but bottom sidekick washer quality ???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is too early to put review after 3 months of usage. Quite machines, big unit is ok, but small washer handle looks poor quality. Big washer rubber frame inside collects lots water and sits there for days. Must leave door open after each use. I will definitely recommended to friend. About warranty 1 year is not enough, something like should have warranty 3yrs+. Repairs will be costly for electrics components and hardware.

Love this dryer so far.
