Way too over engineered

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this LG as previously had LG that worked for 10 years before going kaput. This one is horrible with no manual cycle. While HE and eligible for rebates, I wouldn’t buy one again. Too complex, old school is much better.

Very disappointed in controls and menu system.

We bought this washer-dryer combo at the end of January and are very disappointed with the menu controls. They are tough to read due to not being backlit. We have good lighting in our laundry room, but each option only has a small light next to our under the menu you are trying to select. We need a flashlight to see what needs to be done. This is an expensive system, and my wife has cried several times out of frustration. We feel stuck and don't know how to resolve this issue.

Great Front Load Washer

We purchased another LG Front load washer with all of the bells & whistles as our last LG front load washer lasted over 15 years with only one minor service call. When our old LG front load washer finally died, we of course called out a local repairman to find out if repairs were possible and evaluate those repair costs over a new purchase. The repairman was asked point blank by my wife, which brand front load washer would he buy based on all of his experience repairing washers? He did not hesit...

Superb Washing Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the washer for a little more than a month ........... and we are extremely impressed with the performance, and all the features and options available to us. The LG washing machine WM3600HVA has the latest technology and performs to perfection. The clothes come out unbelievably clean, even with the toughest stains!! Anyone purchasing this washer is going to get more performance than they ever could imagine.

Easy to use!

Purchased this washer about 3 weeks ago. I needed something that would be simple to use but still handle sheets etc. This washer has done great. You can use the predetermined settings or modify them as you want. Handle my sheets and bedding without and vibration issues like I had with my prior washer.

Excellent replacement

Without trying to, I upgraded during my replacement. Easy to use, excellent instruction manual, & love that it notifies my phone instead of the loud annoying buzzer. Was one of the higher rated units on Consumer Reports for the most reasonable price. Glad I gave it a try

Washing machine quiet and effective at cleaning

Love my new LG washer. Its quiet, offers many options, spins really dry, and provides a fun tune when the wash is complete. We worth the money!

Great performance

Took a little while for me to adjust from a top load with agitator washer to a front loader without one, but I’ve been so pleased thus far. Was worried that without the agitator my clothes wouldn’t be as clean, but have been pleasantly surprised otherwise! Gets clothes superbly clean. Just don’t understand how/why an energy saver device takes so long to run a cycle.

Washer purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the LG washer with thinQ and I am glad did. My clothes dry faster because the spin cycle is fantastic. The steam setting helps with allergies.

Good replacement of our previous LG front loader

This replaced an LG front loader we purchased in 2014, and after two weeks of consistent use (family of SIX), it's been solid so far. Quiet, and connecting it to WiFi and the LG app was fairly simple. Overall pleased!

Spin cycle

One issue is the spin cycle it leaves my clothes still moist. I wishedit was not so loud when it’s spins too.

LG WM3600HVA WASHER

I bought 1 month ago. Would never recommend. It is SO loud during the spin cycle. It sounds light a freight train coming through my house. I sent a video to LG and had a repairman out…both say it is normal. I does not seem normal to me! It is level and still so noisy. I also bought the pedestal which is too short to have detergent and softener bottles stand up. They have to lay on their side. Very poorly designed. Wish I would have done more research before purchasing.
