Bought brand new. Had it installed and it shook so bad it put a whole in my wall. Had several people to come level it out still did not help. And it made such a bad whaling sound. Took it back to the store to get a replacement and here it is two weeks later and still dont have a washer.

I am learning how to use this product carefully as it has many more settings in my previous washer and dryer. So far everything is great!

all the people on here leaving bad reviews in my opinion are lies this is an excellent washer it is quite and it doesn't leak or bang around during the spin cycle nor does it leave clothes wet at the end of the washing cycle if your looking at this washer n dryer set get it you will be very glad you did.ive had this washer about 3weeks and no problems works as it should.

Some Surprises

Finally received this washer (and matching dryer) after weeks of problems from the store sellling it. Anyway, some of the features are not easy to understand, the instructions are partially available in videos. Very surprised to find that neither the washer or dryer have interior lights! In my opinion, no interior lights make the appliance kind of funky. Cheap omission.

We are so happy to have an LG washer back in the house. With updated features, everyone is happy using it. Great value, great design.

The LG front load washer is easy to use and seems to work great. I like that it lets me know on my phone when it is finished.

No wrinkle dryer

It runs quietly and efficientl.

Buy it for what it is not for the smart features.

So far I have zero complaints about the washer or dryer. Way better than what I had before. Love the custom cycles, how quite it is, and how much less water it is using. My one complaint is related to the LG app and it not being able to connect to alexa reliably. Would tell me it connected a new device 4 times a day. Ended up removing it from Alexa. Use the LG app to notify when clothes are done and a reminder to clean lint trap.

LG Washer is quietest ever

We purchased a new LG in December 22 to replace an older model. It is very quiet and works very effieicntly

Great Washer!

I chose this washer to replace my 30 year old unit that had finally started leaking. Could not be more pleased with it! My only criticism would be that I can't set the default temperature to cold. I wash more things in cold than warm or hot. So being able to set that would be very handy.
