Leaked but LG Made it Right

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the washing machine from the moment I bought it. It did leak water underneath but after a few other fixes, the drum was discovered to be the culprit. I'm very happy to have my washer fixed by LG. Great service!

Gets the job done!

Bought to replace my 10 year old LG washer. So far very happy with results. Only complaint is the door is hard to close and you have to be careful how you load tub, sensors seems very finicky.

Lots of cycle options! Easy to use!

The duo was recommended on several 2023 review websites. They're both super easy to use, have a lot of cycle options, and both do a great job!

Love my new washer!

Have been using my new washer now for nearly 2 months and have found it a joy to wash clothes again. Cleans well, is much quieter than my last top loading washer. Easy to select different washing options. The clothes come out clean and are spun nearly dry.

Just Say No

Just moved to an apartment and got this washer dryer combo. Was stoked to get it set up and get the first wash going. That's when it all went wrong. The violence of the spin cycle this thing has is straight out of a comedy. First of all, this machine has some weight to it. While it was in the spin cycle, it rumbled its happy self across the apartment, disconnecting from the wall. So I put it on the no spin cycle. Same thing still. Hard working wash. LG warranty service outstanding

Have used our washer since last June of last year. The features we use are great and we've been very happy with it. Had a minor issue with the latch recently. Went online to LG warranty repairs and the quick response and local service people (who contacted us and responded to every text) was outstanding. I was impressed by the service. We have many LG products (appliances, TV's) that we use every day.

My clothes come out clean but some items do come out feeling wetter and heavier than I’d like mainly when I wash towels and mix in smaller items like washcloths. I wish there was a second spin without another rinse so I could get the towels rung out better. I’m not sure why some items feel barely wet when other items are still saturated. Great Washer

Have only have this new washer 2 weeks but like it very much. It is quiet and clean well. I like the many options different settings and being able to adjust a standard setting.

Great Washer

I’ve had the washer for 4 months now and it does a great job cleaning and spinning the water back out of clothes. It also runs very quietly. Compared to other washers I’ve had, the spin cycle and water pump are super quiet. The one issue I had was clothes getting stuck in the front gasket but it was replaced by LG under warranty with an upgraded one. I also really like the smart feature as it lets you know when it’s done when you’re not near it

Love the Setting Options

So far I love this washer. I love the download setting so I have more settings to choose from and can alternate according to my needs. Wi-Fi and app work great! I was able to tell my kid what they were doing wrong with it while I was out of town. Perfect!!

Way too over engineered

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this LG as previously had LG that worked for 10 years before going kaput. This one is horrible with no manual cycle. While HE and eligible for rebates, I wouldn’t buy one again. Too complex, old school is much better.

Very disappointed in controls and menu system.

We bought this washer-dryer combo at the end of January and are very disappointed with the menu controls. They are tough to read due to not being backlit. We have good lighting in our laundry room, but each option only has a small light next to our under the menu you are trying to select. We need a flashlight to see what needs to be done. This is an expensive system, and my wife has cried several times out of frustration. We feel stuck and don't know how to resolve this issue.

Bought a couples months ago s as nd so far it has been a great experience. Still learning what all it offers and using new features as needed
