Worst dryer I have ever owned and the washer that goes with it is even worse than the dryer. Nothing is ever completely dry after the first cycle AND the clothes come out VERY wrinkled. I have to iron every pair of pants that comes out of there (even dry fit comes out wrinkled) and if I didn't refuse to iron T-shirts, those would need be ironed as well. The folding lint filter is designed flawed for the frame where the filter folds has broken twice in a little over a year with normal use just from opening and closing the filter to clean it. Great evidence for why AI is useless.
Probably the greatest reason to avoid AI. Unlike non-AI, non-WiFi dryers you can't modify the default settings; you have to log in to the app and download a custom setting - and you only get one. The AI setting seems to know only 1 temperature setting - incinerate. Previous dryer was a non-intelligent LG - which worked great - I could pick a setting and modify it. I love the dryer but after 2 weeks it stopped heating. GAS error. It works intermittently now. LG has sent one tech out but problem still not fixed and the guy left screws out. Still waiting for response on another service reques.
