Just What I Needed

I bought this unit to help offset heavy usage from a window unit in another area of my house. Now the window unit doesn't run non-stop and the living room area is much more comfortable. This does exactly what I want.

Quieter air conditioner

Thermostat isn't consistent, it is too cold

I like the dimming light feature and mine blows very cold air which is great.. The main thing is that almost no matter what temperature I set it at it cools way below. Easy to install

Had it for about a week now, works great. Easy to use. doesn't take up as much window space as my old Air Conditioner.

Doesn’t Get Cold

I brought this about 1.5 years ago, and all of a sudden it doesn’t get cold anymore. The filters are clean and the unit is drain. It just blows out air like a regular fan even though it’s on the cool setting. I’ve tried everything and nothing seems to work. It’s been very hot here and the fact that it’s not working when I need it the most is disappointing.

Had enough of window conditioners, too heavy!

Air conditioner, but no hose for runoff

I’m tired of buying a product then finding out I need to buy something before I can use it. Turns out not. Everybody has half-inch hoses. Had to go to three different stores to find one.

Cooling

I purchased this item back in December of 2022 have ran it every night and would turn it off during the day. Now that it is summer it's not seeming to cool my room even with it set to 60 all day and night. filters have been kept clean and it has been drained as it should be. Stops working when you need it most

Works fine unless it gets really hot outside, then the compressor cycles on and off really noisily and doesn't cool anymore.

Cools room nicely

Works great has to replace my old unit, only don't like is the fan runs all the time

OK but struggles in my living room

My living room is 12 x 12 with vaulted ceiling and the unit breathes out my fireplace. Works OK and does blow cold air so it's OK. My window unit in bedroom works much better and was $140.00 less expensive. But I couldn't use a window unit in the living room.

Absolutely the worst…the vent tube constantly falls out and is impossible to keep connected
