After spreading out the materials and following the directions, installation was easy. The product has maintained sufficient coolness in the area and is quiet. So far, we are pleased!

Single Hose = Negative Air Pressure [NO DUAL HOSE

There is no dual hose adapter for thise model. The negative air pressure as more air is removed than added to a sealed room damages sinuses, ears & wastes tons of power. HISENSE SUPPORT where is the dual adapter? It looks like you intentionally made the adapter kits incompatible with this model. Shame on you. First and last time Hisense owner [regrettably]. I should have bought from GE. Prove me wrong. Please.

LG Portable Air

Our central went out and needed a back up so got this and very pleased with the easy setup and how well it cooled our big living room. The best part is no water to worry about as it only cools the air and will not collect any water. It also will dehumidify and has fan options. Having a remote control is a plus.

Buying a second one for another room

We purchased our first one this year for a large room with a tall ceiling. We can't set it much cooler than 75 or the room becomes too cool for our liking. We like it so much that we are buying a second one for the other end of the house. The only recommendation would be a more sturdy window fitting. We had to re-install after a wind storm due to the wind blowing the window portion back into the house.

Superb portable aircon

This is one of the best portable aircon enough cold air to fill a room. Definitely cold. My beshy gets cold easily and turned the aircon to her younger sister. Thank you LG for giving my beshy and her sister comfort during summer season.

Works as Advertised

Set up was simple and straightforward. Right out of the box it cooled down the bedroom several degrees within 30 minutes (cool setting). Good quality

This unit was bought for my daughter's bedroom. The central A/C does not properly cool in warmer months. It was relatively easy to installed, however the window components could be better designed. I will make some modifications and make it better.
