Good for one season

2022 summer it worked great. 2023 summer it started making a whining sound like the fan bearing is going out and you just cant ignore it. Very unhappy with a $600+ air conditioner that starts to fail after the first year. I will stay away from any LG product going forward.

Saving money!

I purchased the LG 10k btu dual inverter ac and it will pay for itself this summer. I had replaced a portable ac that I had for quite a while. I also purchased a LG 23.5k btu to replace my old 18k btu fridgidaire ac at the same time. I also have to mention that both are installed on the West side of my house and are in full evening sun for at least 6 hours during the hottest part of the day. Really works well!

It circulates the air well and is surprisingly quiet for an AC unit. The Wifi and remote features are great and help me regulate the temperature from different rooms and for my cat when I'm not home. The only qualm I have is that it is a bit heavy, but what unit isn't. Great product, would definitely recommend!

Great, Quiet but Powerful

This is the quietest air conditioner I ever purchased but it's still very powerful and keeps the room nice and cool. The wifi features are great.

Cold Air !

I bought this air conditioner to cool a large living room and kitchen. I am definitely not disappointing, the 10,000 BTULG air conditioner cools the two rooms very comfortably and easily. I would not hesitate to get another one for the other room in my house.

Great cooling features

We have had this for over a year now, and we love how it cools the room that we use the most. Love the size, and the cooling capicity.

Wi-Fi lacking

Bought this about a month ago. It was to replace a failed whole house air conditioner. The unit is working as advertised. The dual inverter capability is supposed to save on electric. I’ll have to wait until next month to see the true reality of that statement. The unit functions well. I’m only concerned about cooling half of the house that I spend most of my time in. Works great. Haven’t figured out the Wi-Fi yet. Might be my fault.

Great Product 10L btu Dual inverter AC

Works great and cools house well.

Product came packaged well and in good condition. The 10,000 BTU LG Air Conditioner is much quieter than older unit it replaced, and it cools most of the entire house, from 1 upstairs window. My stairs are open to the middle floor and then also to the basement. I would recommend this for anyone needing a good 10,000 BTU window Air Conditioner.

powerful and efficient

this unit cools my space quickly and quietly. The remote control is easy to use and convenient. It would be nice if there were a way to dim the display, because it throws a lot of light at night when I'm trying to sleep in darkness. In that vein, illuminated display on the remote would be great for ease of use at night time. It's pretty quiet and doesn't wake me up when it switches on and off at night. I'd recommend it.

Super ! efficient with exact temp

LG makes a great product with excellent customer service and this air conditioner is no exception super efficient and when you set it to a temp it holds that temp to within .5 of a degree I would guess

Best AC I've ever owned

Had this for a few weeks now and it's fantastic. The quietest AC I've ever owned and it cools the room down quickly. I'm a fan of being able to control it from my phone and have my apartment ready when I arrive. I love it.

QUIETEST AIR CONDITIONER WE HAVE EVER OWNED

We needed to replace the Living Room air conditioner and were so happy with HOW QUIET this air conditioner is. You can actually hear the TV fine while it is running. We were so happy about how quiet it is that we replaced the Main Bedroom air conditiioner as well even though the old loud one was still running fine. NO REMOTE OR ABILITY TO CONTROL VENT

We had higher hopes for this air conditioner than have been met. It was listed as coming with a remote but it did not. During the recent smoke plume issue here on the east coast (US) we realized there is no way to open or close the vent. Apparently, it just stays open all the time. It does not read the room temperature correctly.
