[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product seems to be good have not hooked it up as it is too heavy for me to and we need to put some support in our window to hold it up better before we install it. It is definitely a large unit. But reading and looking at the features it definitely seems to be a great product. I’m not sure about the energy efficiency.

Breeze feels amazing, a little bit of noise but nothing too loud. Installation was a pretty easy job, You can handle the air with your phone which is 10 times better! because if you don’t feel like getting out of bed you can just use you’re phone! i highly recommend!

Works so well in small spaces upto 400sqft

It’s not quite hot enough yet to turn on the air conditioning, but I’ve been using the fan and dehumidifier setting and I’m impressed by how quiet it runs and all of the unique features it has! Loving the Quiet!!

I am very happy with my new LG air conditioner! It is so quiet and efficient that I sometimes forget that it's running.....except that I am enjoying the temperature. LOL

The unit cools great and is very quiet. Installation was simple.

It does its job.

I bought this one for the bedroom. I am very pleased with this unit. The only complaint I have is the control panel, there should be a back light to make it easier to see, especially at night. Otherwise it's pretty quiet and cools the room nicely. Good job on this unit.

I have central air but the room I put this in has no vents from the central because of some remodeling Cat 5 hurricane Michael did. I had a smaller unit in the room but just was not doing the job. Shockingly Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't know I could like an AC unit as much as I like this one. My favorite thing about this unit is how quiet it is when it is running. I am beyond happy with this purchase. The look of the unit is more appealing to me than other window units I have utilized in the past. The only issue I came across was that my window is too wide for this size unit and I had to use personal materials to completely close off the window.

Efficient, cold but has low pitch vibration

We’ve had this unit for 1.5 years now. The first summer it was in our living room and from day one had a loud, low-pitch vibration when the room had cooled down and the unit was drawing less electricity. My local retailer offered to take it back, but said it would go in the trash. I didn’t want more e-waste. So I kept it. I wondered if it was my wood window frame causing the issue.
