Bad delivery’s

I never was able to use it as the delivery person left the A/C in my driveway late in the day and I did not know it was there until the next morning when my wife looked out the window and saw that it was in a pond of water due to a severe thunderstorm with buckets of rain was going on all night. I had to load it into vehicle and return to local Lowe’s store after the storm passed. Lesson learned!!

No call back

I have submitted for repair twice and no one ever reached out to me.

Have had the unit for about a month and are pleased with the performance, it is quieter than the two previous units at this window. It has a slow start up when placed in Energy Saver that didn’t wake us up! Great for sleeping. Didn’t like the fact that an awning is possibly required, it is mentioned twice in the inst. manual. We can’t afford to install an awning. The unit is also lighter than the previous, hopefully these two items will not reflect in the length of service. So far we love it. I

Wonderful air con!

We just love our new air con! The energy saver and dual inverter makes this window air con worth the money. Installation wasn’t too bad.

It cools as described.

Ease of use, dual inverter works as expected, cools as expected, really quiet.

Cools fast and is much more quiet than other one.

This replaced a unit that wasn't cooling any more. It works perfect.

this is my second LG DUAL INVERTER WINDOW AIR CONDITIONER, happy to report, it has been one of the best windows ac i have used for far when compared to others

Operation of Air Conditioner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last summer I was at a friends home and I thought he installed central air. As it turned out, he had this air conditioner. I was so impressed at the performance of the machine, I decided to purchase. I purchased this unit approximately 2 weeks ago during an extremely hot summer season. The machine delivers all I expected. It is very quiet. When it reaches temperature it automatically turns off. I couldn’t be happier.

I like it.

It cools great. It is fairly quiet which is very important in the bedroom but could be quieter. I thought it would cut off after set temp was reached but continueously runs until it is manually shut off. Electric bill was not as high as I expected after using unit for a month in NYC.

Great AC

Great Air Conditioner, Runs very quite and cools nicely. Easy to install, even through a wall.

Excellent product

I installed this two weeks ago during a spell of 100' plus humidity in my 12'x18' enclosed porch. It cooled the area very quickly and is very quiet.We love this unit. The dual inverter makes for an power efficient product as well as hi efficient. Great engineering!!

Worth the money

Works great. Much more quiet than window AC's I've bought in the past.
