Impossible to seal on vinyl windows

Water got into the wood frame through weep holes in the vinyl window which are normally blocked when the windows are closed, but you can close a window with an AC in the way.

10000 BTU?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this A/C a month ago and to be a "10,000 BTU" A/C I don't feel is cooling my bedroom enough. I have an old A/C "5,000 BTU" and used to cooling the entire apartment. "Maybe this unit is defective." - Thanks!

Excellent, very quiet air conditioner.

Product was easy to install with it having a sleeve to Mount and then just slide in the air conditioner. The products to be very quiet and it really is. It can be turned on or off from miles away with its WiFi capability. This unit was installed in a vacation cabin. We live 2 hours away and can turn the unit on before we leave home.

Game Changer

Window Air Conditioners with inverter technology are a game changer. They are energy efficient, quiet, light weight. The 10,000 BTU I installed when my whole house heat pump died keep me going through a stretch of 100+ degree days and did a great job. My house is insulated with foam in the walls and on the roof, so it's has a great thermal envelope, and the unit kept the whole 950-SF below 78-degrees F.

good A/C

I bought and installed this A/C August 17,2023 and due to the high Texas heat it has run and cooled continually since. It took me several days to figure the best settings for my 400 sq.ft. area, but it is doing the job fairly well. I do not believe it cools as well as the older conventional types but I like the quietness of it and am overall satisfied with it.

Super quiet...easy to install and works wonderful

Best AC out there with Dual Inverter technology.

This is the second LG A/C I’ve purchased that has the dual inverter system for a compressor. 100% great! No more thump when the compressor cuts off and on. Fan speeds are gradual also. Both AC’s are working much better than anticipated. The ‘ThinQ’ wifi link is great also. You can monitor emery use as well as troubleshoot issues if any. Smartphone control also a plus.

This thing is awsome,no need to even run it on high.im cooling an entire 12×68 mobile home n august with no problem 909 sq ft.

Cool product!

The unit is a major upgrade vs conventional window unit air conditioners, with special features such as sleep mode. Very, very quiet motor noise -- could not be happier with the decision!

Quiet cooling beast

(400-450sf) 98 in Pensacola with 108 index and the 10,000 btu unit easily keeps area under 75 quietly! In a trailer!! Lol. Even though there is not an auto function, when in energy saver mode the unit does shut off when it achieves set temp like eco mode does in other units.
