Great machine! The only thing I would change is the ability to alter the pre-programed cycles. For example, the Active Wear cycle is set to warm water, it would be nice to be able to change the water temp.

Intuitive controls, excellent operation.
We have been using it for about a month now. The controls are very intuitive. This dryer is "smart enough" to dry everything properly, even if we have mixed size items. Never over dries. We still haven't used all the features, but are loving it so far.

LG has D- BBB rating- we had to file a complaint
Would Not RecommendVery disappointed, would not recommend. The first one broke after a week. 3 months later LG had not fixed and refunded us less than what it cost to replace. Hopefully this one works. It also seems to leave little hair/lint balls instead of flushing them out.

Great dryer, very bad LG installation
Dryer is great. Lots of features. Remote status is very helpful. Installation service was less than optimal. They could not hook up to my gas line. They only had one hose that would not fit the dryer or the line. Communication was poor. 2nd visit from LG also could not connect it. Had to call a plumber. Ordering process from LG did not ask any questions about the type of line connection.

Door latch issues
Would Not RecommendWe were delivered the dryer 3 times. First one was damaged on sides. Second and third one the door would not seal properly causing heat to escape...not very energy efficient. I have read of same issues from other people with same model dryer. Getting a refund and looking for different model.

LG 7.4 cu ft Electric Dryer
Would RecommendI switch from LG to Samsung about 6 years ago. What a mistake. This dryer with the AI cycle dries clothes very fast. The steam away wrinkle setting works better than any dryer that I have used in the past. I would highly recommend this model to anyone looking for a new electric dryer.
