Would Not RecommendFirst time i purchased appliances from Lowes had very bad experience. Customer care don't respond & provide answers to questions. First , Lowes delivered damaged dryer . After few weeks they delivered dryer . But, this time they sent installation parts they are not safe to install. Reported this to Lowes customer care again and still waiting for the response.

Great Product!
I brought this 2 washer and dryer a month ago and I am so happy with the quality and great features it has, it is very easy to connect to internet and keeps you poesred on when cycle finishes, also it has tons of functions that helps saving energy and water, the AI feature is amazing! It sense itself how much water and time is needed for every load.

Door doesn’t fully seal. No fix yet.
Door loose. Doesn’t seal well. Seems a known issue but no fix. LG sent a tech out and it seems there isn’t a fix…yet. Not sure how this could have passed QC. App/wifi setup flakey compared to the washer.

It gets the job done and many more options to do. I can even control on my phone and also notifies me when the cycle is finished!!!! It’s just great!

We have not been able to use it once because it has no heat, repairman came out after one week and found a bad gas valve and thermistor. 2 weeks later and he is supposed to be back tomorrow to install parts! Only reason I have a one star is because there were no zero stars
