We are a repeat customer. Owning a set for 15 years but decided it was time for a new set instead of my handy husband continuing to replace parts. So far so good with this new set. Love the intelligence this set includes. And love the black color which actually appears more of a dark charcoal gray.

Very sensitive to airflow and cold air coming in
Very sensitive to flow restrictions and cold air coming in. My control board went bad after five months and it was replaced. Still seem to have issues with the sensor and the heat. I will get notifications that I’ve got airflow blockage when I have a brand new pipe that was installed. Re-taped around some of the joints on that pipe to see if that helps.

Cool functionality and nice design

The steam function sounds like a great idea, although I haven't used it yet. The ThinQ option is cool. It keeps you informed of the dryer cycle and lets you know when it's completed. Works nicely
